Online Application/Renewal/Reactivation form for NON-STUDENT Members/Affiliates

 

NOTE:  All Undergraduate and Graduate students must use the student form.

New Member or Affiliate

NOTE: You should only use this online form if you are an existing member and your membership expires on January 31, 2024, or you are applying for membership in January 2024. Members whose membership expires later this year will be contacted with a prorated renewal invoice so your membership renews only to December 31, 2024.

NOTE: Please visit our website for a description of available membership categories and requirements. Ex: Joint memberships are only available to current ACTIVE members of the other Association; proof of membership may be requested by the CAP.
If you are newly retired, please send a request to membership@cap.ca to update your membership to the lower retired rate before completing this renewal form.
