CUPC 2020 Graduate Studies and Industry Fair

Use this form to book your grad and industry fair booth.  You will have the option to register up to 3 representatives to participate in the event. If you select this option, when you are taken to the page to register each subsequent registrant, select the "none" option for the booth booking section that appears on that page.

If you don't know the names of your representatives at the time of booking, you can book your booth using the single representative option and send an e-mail to with the information for each of your individuals who will be participating in this event.  Please use subject line:  [organization name] representatives for 2020 CUPC Grad and Industry Fair and include the full name, affiliation, and e-mail for each representative.

Grad and Industry Fair Booking Contact and Event Participant
This form includes two parts. The first section is to be used to identify the booking and payment contact person. The second section is to provide the information about who will be staffing the booth at the event.

  • Each session will be held in a zoom conference room
  • A CUPC moderator will co-host each session, with the institution representative(s), to keep track of participants and help the flow of questions & dialogue


  • Minimum 1 university representative per session
  • Sharing slides is optional
  • Short description of institution's graduate program (100 word max) & one photograph of institution (dimensions: 1920 x 1080)
  • (Optional) Up to 10 job postings — 50 words per posting & 2 contacts per posting
